Numerical analysis and optimization of key parts in the stirred tank based on solid-liquid flow field

چکیده

In order to further improve the mixing performance of device, structure agitator was optimized, and effects diameter pitch on solid-liquid suspension characteristics were analyzed by single factor method. Multiple reference frame (MRF), computational fluid dynamics, Euler multiphase flow model standard K- ε turbulence used investigate effect height from bottom particles in studied. The results show that reducing can promote at tank, but too low will easily produce dead zone cause accumulation particles. Reducing enlarge clear liquid area field, uneven particle distribution increase stirring torque. With diameter, critical speed field decrease, power required increase. Increasing blade spacing a certain range make more uniform. Therefore, uniformity concentration need be considered together device efficient energy-saving.
